Getting started
Is SchoolFlow free to download?
Yes. Both the Android APK and the Windows installer are completely free to download and use during beta. There is no card required and no trial timer.
How do I get my school code?
Your school administrator receives the code when the school is onboarded. Ask your admin office, or contact us and we will set up a new school for you.
How long does onboarding take?
Most schools are running the same day. We help you import your student list, set up classes and fee heads, and train your staff, all free of charge.
What kind of schools is it built for?
Schools, academies, tuition centres and colleges of any size. If you manage students, staff, fees or exams, SchoolFlow fits.
Installing the app
Is the APK safe to install?
Yes. The APK is the same signed build we ship, scanned and malware free. Android shows a warning for any app installed outside the Play Store, so you may need to allow installs from your browser once.
Which Android and Windows versions are supported?
Android 7.0 and above, and Windows 10 or 11 in 64-bit. Older versions may still work but are not officially supported.
Can I use it on more than one device?
Yes. Sign in on Android and Windows and your data stays in sync across every device automatically.
How do updates work?
During beta you download the newest build from this site. Once we are listed on the Play Store, updates will arrive automatically.
Using SchoolFlow
Do I need an internet connection?
You need it to sign in and sync, but core features like attendance and timetable work offline and sync automatically once you are back online.
How many students and classes can I add?
There is no limit during beta. Add unlimited students, classes and teachers, whether you run a small academy or a large multi-section school.
Can parents use SchoolFlow too?
Yes. Parents get their own view for attendance, fees, results, homework and school notices, so they always know how their child is doing.
Can I run more than one campus?
Yes. Multiple branches can be managed from one login, with separate records for each campus and a combined view for the head office.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Attendance, fee and exam records export to PDF and Excel at any time. Your data belongs to your school.
Data, pricing and support
Is my school data safe and backed up?
Yes. SchoolFlow uses encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access for every staff member, and automatic daily backups with restore points.
Is SchoolFlow really free right now?
Yes. It is in beta, so every feature is free with no hidden costs. Fair pricing plans arrive after beta, and early schools stay free for longer.
Who can see student information?
Only the staff roles you allow. A teacher sees their own classes, an accountant sees fees, and a parent sees only their own child.
How do I report a bug or get support?
Message us on WhatsApp at 0335 5540093. We reply quickly and treat bug reports from beta schools as priority work.
